Today's Quote:

"The most important spiritual growth doesn't happen when you're meditating or on a yoga mat. It happens in the midst of conflict-- when you're frustrated, angry, or scared and you're doing the same old thing, and then suddenly you realize you have a choice to do it differently." - Anonymous from IG

Beginning Aug 7, 2023 - 'GoOD Mornings with CurlyNikki' will host pre and post roll ads within the back catalogue.

Remembering God is our main business, and that remembrance handles all of our other business!  So all of the senses must be employed toward that end.

Up next, the sense of smell.   Allow a fragrant oil (I like Jasmine Absolute in Jojoba Oilfrom Whole Foods) to jog your memory to reach for God, to stay tapped into Love.  Or light an incense to help you stay aware of the Light in your heart.  Let the worldly perfume guide you to your inner, "hidden perfume".  Do what it takes to BE who you are.

I Love you,
Nik

Only the best IS happening to me,
and It's happening right now.
As the Signature Silence at the center of my consciousness.
Humming.
Flowing.
Carrying me to Me.

I Love you,
Nik

p.s. instead of headphones, you can also close your ears using your thumbs, eyes closed, breathing in and out of your nose (mouth closed), and listen inside the head... listen to the Silence for the Sound the Silence is making. "In the beginning was the Sound and the Sound was with God and the Sound was God..." Sadhguru said, “Nada” means sound. If you consecrate and energize that, it becomes Nada Yoga. Today, modern science sees the whole existence as a vibration. Where there is vibration, there is bound to be a sound. So in yoga, we say the whole existence is just a sound. We call this Nada Brahma, which means that the creation and the creator is just sound.”

receiving Everything.

Today's Quotes:

"Rest in the assurance what God has for you is sufficient for today, knowing more will be given as you walk the walk of faith."
-Neil Vermillion

"The Hawk does not fight the snake on the ground. It picks it up into the sky and change the battle ground and then it releases the snake into the sky. The snake has no stamina, no power and no balance in the air. It is useless, weak and vulnerable unlike on the ground where it is powerful wise and deadly.
Take your fight into spiritual realm by praying and when you are in the spiritual realm God takes over your battles.
Don't fight the enemy in his comfort zone change the battle ground like the Eagle and let God take charge through your earnest prayer. You'll be assured victory. "
-GOD TV via FB

"Behind every thought, there is thoughtlessness; have you witnessed that stillness? Behind every noise, there is a voice whispering in silence; have you observed it? Behind every form, there is formlessness; have you become aware of it? Behind everything manifested, there is unmanifested; are we able to observe it? Behind every being, there is non-being; have you become mindful of it? Behind this addiction for certainty, there is uncertainty; have you surrendered to it?"
-Ken J via FB

"Tomorrow morning as soon as I open my eyes I am going to identify with my source, I-Am". And you will, even if for a second, it will change your life. As you keep on doing this every morning, every morning, every morning, the time between your awakening, and the thought coming to you will become larger that space will expand, and expand until you are able to stay in the awareness. Of course at the that time there will no longer be a you. There will only be the awareness. Try it, you have to investigate. You have to intelligently dive deep within yourself and find the source of your I."
-Robert Adams

Open yourself.
Cleanse yourself.
Be your Self.

"Just practice meditation day after day. Then when you are in need, your accumulated spiritual power goes out automatically to help you-- or to help others-- even without your conscious awareness."
-Paramahansa Yogananda

"You have but to allow Me to smile through your eyes, to speak through your voice. Allow My healing force to pour through your hands. Then shall all the Glory of the Father be a living fire about you. Nothing that happens in the outer realm shall penetrate that holy flame. You shall dwell as a thing set apart, even as one of the candles in the Holy temple shall you be guarded. As you express the Life of your being to all you meet, great floods of power shall pour into you again, and you shall walk and not be weary, run and faint not. So open yourself, cleanse yourself, that I, the Lord of your soul, shall manifest My Glory through you, My human vessel of expression."
-Eva Bell Werber. Voice of the Master (Kindle Locations 641-645). Kindle Edition.

Step into the power
Grow yourself
Into something new
You are the one you've been waiting for
All of my life
All of your life
Oh, show yourself"
-Elsa :) 'Show Yourself' Disney, Frozen II

"No prayer is complete without presence."
-Rumi

Today's Quotes:

“It is very difficult to attain Self abidance, but once it is attained it is retained effortlessly and never lost. It is a little like putting a rocket into space. A great effort and a great energy are necessary to escape the earth's gravitational field. If the rocket is not going fast enough, gravity will pull it back to earth. But once it has escaped the pull of gravity it can stay out in space quite effortlessly without falling back to earth."
-David Godman

with what is
when what is

But let's not

Sit with what is and continue to let
the Light pour in."

You have worldly work to do today,
but this is your Kingdom assignment:

No matter what you're doing with those hands,
with that mind--
your Heart is giving,
your Soul is giving,
God, God, God.
Your whole being is chanting, is humming,
God, God God.
You're calling on Him,
you're calling Him to you.
And at the same time you're reminding yourself of who you are.
God, God, God.
Not, 'I am God',
but, 'only God is here'.
THAT is what works the miracles.
THAT is what multiplies the fish,
It's what feeds the people.
Stay in the Kitchen.

Nik

The miracle isn't coming to you, It's coming FROM you, THROUGH you.
As you exhale right now,
you're exhaling the miracle you've been waiting for.
It's happening,
unfolding for you presently,
as present as your breath is.
Feel It.
And don't stop feeling It, to see It.

Knowing the Truth where we see the false, hearing the Silence over the noise, feeling Love even while fear is felt... this is how we practice being our true Self. This is the 'healing consciousness' that unfolds as the GoOD life.

Today's Quotes:

"A spiritual healer is not a person who develops a technique of using truth to overcome error or of using treatment to overcome disease.  A spiritual healer is that state of consciousness which knows that God alone is the reality of all being, and that anything else is a state of hypnosis.  The recognition that he is dealing with a state of hypnosis, rather than with a person, place; or with a condition, is the healing consciousness.”
-Joel Goldsmith

"Sickness is not cured by saying 'medicine', but by drinking it."
-Adi Shankara

"The witness is both unreal and real.  The last remnant of the illusion, the first touch of the real.  To say: 'I  am only the witness' is both false and true, false because of the 'I am', true because of the witness.  It is better to say: 'there is witnessing'.  The moment you say, 'I am', the entire universe comes into being along with its creator."
-Nisargadatta Maharaj

Just as a movie can't overwhelm the screen,
no moment, no thought, no emotion--no matter the intensity,
can overwhelm this Love you are.
Yes, change is hard.
And yes, change is Here.
This 'challenge' is how the miracle you've been asking for,
waiting for,
looking for,
begins.
Just keep walking.
As long as you're feeling Love,
know you're going the right way.
This is your sign.

I Love you,
Nik

You've been stony for too many years.
Try something different.

-Yogananda

"The soul should always stand ajar ready to welcome the ecstatic experience."
-Emily Dickinson

"All illusions have a reality to them, and if we are experiencing an illusion we are, by definition, experiencing its reality. It is not possible to watch a movie without seeing the screen."
-Rupert Spira

"Do not be overwhelmed. This is a time of great change. Observe. Be Aware. Be Alert. Take one step at a time. Follow what is in your heart. You will understand what your direction is to be. Truth, Simplicity and Love is the guide for living in this world. Observe change through the teachings of Truth, Simplicity and Love. The unreal cannot overwhelm the real. Great change cannot overwhelm the real.
Your strength is greater than the maya of change. Your heart is greater than the maya of change. Your higher self is greater than the maya of change. The maya of change passes, fades into nothing. The real remains, eternal, observing. Attach to the real and triumph over the maya of change. Follow what is in your heart and overcome the maya of change. Change is the Law of the Universe. The lower self is overwhelmed by change. The higher self is unmoved, alert, aware, and unconditionally observing. Change is merely the maya of Shiva's dance. Understand this and rise above the unreal."
