Silent, alert, attention... the feeling of staring without blinking, or listening for a very faint sound. This is your natural state and when you're being that, you feel Go(o)d, and then, "whatever you need will just happen."*

Let's play a game where we pretend that you've had on a VR headset for DECADES and forgot, but today, you're remembering.  You're remembering what you are beyond this VR body and its senses, which are all, including your sense of smell, taste, and touch, even your thoughts and emotions, a part of the virtual reality.  The device you're reading this is on is VR. The little voice reading these words in your head... VR. The head itself... VR :)

Today, we'll feel into the space beyond the VR and be That.  We'll wake up from the belief in being that ‘Avatar’ to being what's beyond it.  And from that Loving space, aware of and AS the Formless, we’ll watch the form, your ‘Avatar’ live up to its true definition as 'the one who descends'.

They say sometimes the worst place you can be is in your head.  In this short meditation, we get out of it, and into Love.  We put our troubles in a box and then put our Full Attention on Silence, noticing that this Full attention IS Silence!  This Full Attention is Presence.  It is Love.  And when we are being That, whatever trouble we placed in the box is solved. That it never was— only this Love is, and It meets every need. When we are feeling Love, aware of and AS  It, we are the solution. We are the miracle. And then, with Full Attention, we watch It unfold in time.

What form does this inner Grace take?

First, It takes form as discernment. 

Then, It takes form as your best life.

It sounds like Silence... the Silence you’re noticing now, as you’re reading these words, and hearing them  inside. The sound of these words, your inner voice, can’t drown out the sound of Silence.

It feels like Love... the Love you feel as you smile now,  not just with your face, but with your Heart, your whole Being.

It’s felt-presence is the bridge from who you think you are, to what you came here to be. It’s the bridge to better living, true happiness, real abundance… it’s the bridge back to your Self.

Today we practice remembering that this feeling of God, our Joy is the foreground of our experience, not the background.  We eat joyfully, drive joyfully, breathe in Joy, walk in Joy... we do everything we normally do on a Sunday morning, but with conscious Joy.  We do all of it as if we  are existing  and moving in and through a Joy bubble... feeling this same Joy within and without.  The more we remember to feel this all-pervasive Joy, the more our life changes. That every time you stop,  listen, and feel for the heart beating, you know that God is (t)here. 
You know that God is in the silence of the listening.  
You know that God is beating that heart. 
You know that God is that heart. 
You know that God is both being ‘you’, and beyond ‘you’.

Let's take a moment to feel the truth of our existence, the source of our sustenance,  the peace of the One that is meditating in us.  He chants in me.  She's the Silence in you.  It's the Love we are, and It feeds us.
