Presence is all that I know.
Love is all that I feel.

Only Love is here, and sometimes, I call it Monday.

Listen to this episode again (the one about mantra) and try to incorporate it into your day, today, and always.  It's truly the practice that changed my life because it holds you in Power.  It holds you in remembrance because as soon as you notice that you're no longer repeating the name of God, you’re back, and you start again—aware of the presence of Love, of Power, of God.  Aware that you are the presence of Love, of Power, of God. And you relax and smile, knowing that this Presence takes care of Itself.

Note: Effective ways (covered in previous episodes) to 'pause' thinking is to stare straight ahead, unblinkingly, and/or to suddenly stop breathing for a few seconds (on the inhale or exhale-- doesn't matter).  Ramana Maharshi said these act like temporary reins or brakes on thinking, revealing the Love that's always (t)here.  Then, when blinking and breathing resume, you stay with the Love, unwaveringly.

Only Silence is here. Not Silence and the present moment, or Silence and God, or Silence and Love, or Silence and you.   They're all One.  The present moment IS Silence.  Silence IS God.  God IS Love.  Love IS you.  There's only the One presence here, and It's silent and loving, and some call It God, and some call It 'the Now', and some call It 'Awareness', and you call It 'Self'.  But It's just Silence... without the word 'silence'.  Just the bare experience of It.  Just the immediate awareness of It(Self).
Just Presence.
Just Love. 
Just God.
Just Silence.

Today's Practice: 

Take a vacation from yourself by being your Self.  Bask in the sun of the Self and immediately know everything AS that One.  As Love.  You're not trying to practice or trying to remember this, you immediately feel and know Love here, there, and everywhere.  

When you scroll IG, you know that where the phone, the hand, the feed, and the profiles appear to be, only Love is.  Where the world is, including the body you call 'you' appears to be, know only Love is (t)here.  Here, everything is holy.  Everything is sacred.  Every day is a miracle. Every day is vacation.  Every day is Saturday.  This is an immediate recognition.  An instant retreat.  Stay here.

Know 'I Am' by feeling It, not thinking about It.  Feel It without words. When you're feeling It, you're being It and know everything else as It, too.  This is a feeling practice, not a thinking practice.  We're dropping the noise, the music, for Silence.  And from that Silence you can enjoy the music... you can be the dancer, the watcher of the dance, and at the same time, be beyond it all.

When you notice a question or an issue today, PAUSE and find the deeper place.  Feel the Silence of the deeper place.  Hear the Love in the deeper place, AS the deeper place.  Through this Pause, answers and solutions flow. Through this Pause, wisdom dawns.  Pause... and prosper.

Don't pray for what you desire, pray for release from the desire itself.  Pray for relief from the neediness.  Pray to see through the need.  Pray to see through the illusion of the need... the illusion of the world.  Pray to feel God's presence,  Its Love, His constant, jubilant celebration where you are, and the more you attend to this celebrating, the more you'll have to celebrate.
