Today we discuss, indulge.
Indulgence is extremely subjective. What may be an indulgence to you may not be the same as your friend. Indulgence can be sweets, new clothing, another drink, or a day off from the gym. What it looks like to one may be very different from others.
Learning what an indulgence is, and using it as a reward can help with mental health healing. Understanding the reward of indulgence you are building structure. Achieving the reward for the goals you set, you will always be moving toward a healthier you.
