Greg Overcame Anxiety During COVID with This Proven Recovery Plan

Although Greg Linton had dealt with anxiety before, it hit hard during COVID-19. As a child, he’d experienced occasional episodes of intense fear, and his first full-blown panic attack happened in college after a night of heavy drinking.

However, the combination of lockdowns and becoming a first-time parent during the pandemic triggered much more frequent and intense panic attacks and intrusive thoughts.

Greg found himself constantly fearing he was losing control, thinking he was going crazy. The physical symptoms – racing heart and struggling to breathe – only made things worse, leaving him trapped in a cycle he couldn’t escape.

Like many, Greg tried it all: medications, supplements, mindfulness, meditation... But nothing really worked until he found the Bye Bye Panic mentorship program.

When Greg connected with mentors who had faced the same struggles, he finally began confronting his anxiety instead of running from it. With the community's support, he was able to challenge his false beliefs and break free from fear.
