10k steps a day is a great goal to have to keep you moving and burning calories!  This is the NEAT effect (non-exercise activity thermogenesis) and so important outside of your daily workout in order to transform your body and mind as a midlife mom.  Today I'm sharing the benefits of more steps and 10 tips to help you consistently get in 10k steps every day!
