Amie is solo today and is sharing thoughts about what self love looks like and how it can help you to recognize what healthy intimacy looks like in your relationships. But it all has to start with YOU. There are some concerns around this sometimes with those who have been in a relationship with a narcissist. So the fear is that this idea can be or lead to narcissism. Amie clarifies this concern and continues to walk you through the different levels of intimacy and how you use these to connect with you, to love you and ultimately be more vulnerable to create healthy connections.
