This episode discusses the loss of a baby - a pain that no parent should suffer, but sadly many do.

The 9th to 15th October 2019 is baby loss awareness week where we remember the lives of babies lost in pregnancy or soon after birth. And where we respectfully acknowledge the strength of every parent learning how to heal after baby loss.

In this episode I talk to Sarah Tobin who very sadly lost her first born baby, Alice following birth. Her story, her courage, and her kindness in opening up so as to support anyone else who is experiencing trauma is honestly incredible.

Through her own healing journey, Sarah has discovered a practice called Tapping, or EFT Emotional Freedom Technique which can treat physical pain and emotional distress by restoring balance to your body’s energy by telling your brain that you are safe and can release any stress that you may be carrying – and she now uses this to help heal others through her supportive practice, tappingformums.
