Growing Bolder is a team of award-winning journalists, broadcasters and creatives all focused on sharing the inspirational stories of ordinary people living extraordinary lives — men and women who are redefining the possibilities of life after 50. Growing Bolder not only provides the inspiration to live a healthier and more active life, it delivers the tools, tips, resources and community support necessary to make it happen. Recently, Marc Middleton hosted Doro and Tricia on a webinar to talk about co-mindfulness, relationships, and where they draw inspiration. It was a wonderful conversation, and we are so thankful for Marc and "Growing Bolder" to welcome us.
On this episode of Health Gig, we are excited to feature another guest from our Powered by Paragon series. Molly Bloom has lived an extraordinary life, whose journey has taken her from world class skier, to college student, to L.A. waitress, to building and operating the largest and most notorious private poker game in the world. She chronicles her story in her memoir, Molly's Game, which was adapted into a major motion picture of the same name by Aaron Sorkin. After losing it all, Molly details her road to recovery and the lessons she's learned along the way, and we are so happy to have gotten to explore her experience on this episode. Special thanks to Paragon Performance Evolution for helping make this episode possible.
