"Am I having a heart attack?!" During my anxiety recovery journey, I found myself asking this question more times than I can count.
Like probably many of you, I went to multiple doctors, underwent numerous tests, and every time the answer was the same: "Your heart is fine."
But still, I couldn't stop wondering, “What if something is seriously wrong?” My mind was always filled with worries that my heart might 'explode' or get 'too tired'.
