Our intuition is our superpower. Women’s brains were created with unique abilities to quickly integrate our intuition and rational thinking. It’s a God-given gift.
Yet so many of us are patterned to look to external references to guide our lives, that we’ve become disconnected from the wisdom of our intuition.
When we’re not familiar with the guidance that comes through us, it can be hard to discern the voice of our intuition.
In today’s episode, I coach you through some tips for reconnecting with your intuition and quick practices to help you discern whether the voice you’re hearing is your intuition, or if it’s actually fear or your ego talking.

If you've ever been on a diet, you know how overcomplicated our relationship with food can get. But healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated.
Victoria Yates is an expert in helping you become the healthiest version of yourself without dieting, tracking calories and macros, or restricting the foods you love.
In this conversation, Victoria shares how intuitive eating teaches us to fuel our bodies in a way that allows us to show up as our healthiest selves – mind, body, and soul.
Three things you’ll learn in this episode:
To connect with Victoria, head to:
“Our body image plays such a huge role in our relationship with food. The cultural message is if you don't like your body, then the answer is to lose weight or change your body. It actually has nothing to do with how our body looks, and everything to do with how we think about our bodies. No matter what physical changes we've gone through, we can still have a good relationship with our bodies.” – Victoria Yates

In order to actually create new thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and emotions, we must access our somatic intelligence. Somatic = relating to the body.
It’s one thing to conceptually understand how you want to show up in your life, but it’s a whole other ballgame to actually be able to do it in light of the patterning of your nervous system.
Change and growth that’s focused only on the mind, i.e., cognitive learning, will only get you so far because you’re leaving out the rest of your body from the neck down.
Listen to this episode to learn how to train your body to show up more powerfully for life!

I’ve heard it said that habits, however, are the invisible architecture of our lives. Healthy and sustainable habits are some of the most effective ways to create the lives we want.
Listen to today’s 5-minute Friday for a quick lesson on how to show up even when you don’t feel like it.

Trying to be someone that we're not - trying to be the thinnest, or the prettiest, or the richest, or the most successful - and we are so disconnected from our bodies. So, it's really about asking yourself, “How do I feel today? What does my body need in this moment?” – Phoebe Greenacre

Today’s guest is Heather Chauvin, a leadership coach who helps ambitious, overwhelmed women break free from their fears to courageously and authentically live, work, and parent on their own terms.
Heather started her career as a social worker helping adults understand children’s behavior. But it wasn’t until 2013 when a stage 4 cancer diagnosis pushed her to take a deeper stand for change, uncovering how cultural expectations sabotage our dreams.
Three things you’ll learn in this episode:
To connect with Heather, head to:
“It's not just being overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, depleted, unfulfilled, and then worried about our kids. It's our children having their own human experience, us having our own human experience, and how we can co-create both together.” – Heather Chauvin

Dr. Michelle Deering, a psychologist, author, and Mother-Daughter Relationship Personal Trainer, joins us to discuss the complexities of the mother-daughter relationship and how we can build stronger bonds with our daughters.
Three things you’ll learn in this episode:
How to connect with Dr. Deering:
“One of my pet peeves is this notion out there that the teen years are going to be tumultuous. My whole contention is they don't have to be. … I'm a holder of hope because things can change if you decide you want to do one thing differently - that can go so far in improving your relationships.” – Dr. Michelle Deering

You've built a full life. The career, the family, the responsibilities, the goals — all of it.
And the fuller it gets, the more stretched thin you feel.
Not…
But because your nervous system was never upgraded to match the life you've built.
High Capacity is the podcast for ambitious women who are done just managing their stress and are ready to actually expand what they can hold.
Hosted by trial attorney turned nervous system strategist Michelle Grosser, each episode unpacks the nervous system science behind why you feel maxed out, reactive, and depleted — and gives you real tools to expand your capacity across every area of your life.
This isn't just about doing less.
It's about becoming someone whose nervous system can hold more — more joy, more presence, more of the life you've worked hard to build, and more of the demands that come with it — without the low-grade stress that's become your new normal.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
- How to expand your emotional, stress, physical, relational, and joy capacity
- Nervous system-based tools that work in real life, in real time
- How to identify your Capacity Pattern — the specific strategy your nervous system defaults to when you're overwhelmed — and what it means for your stress, your relationships, and your daily life
New episodes every Tuesday and Friday.
Tuesdays bring the nervous system science and tools.
Hi-Cap Fridays give you one practical move to expand your capacity in the week ahead.
