This isn't your normal, everyday kind of stress either...

You know that one that's amplified by all the expectations and pressure to make life so magical during this time of year.

I mean...let's face it....
A lot of this f*cking festive stress falls on women because we are the ones who are expected to make everything magical and perfect...
We are the glue holding everything together (including and not limited to waking up at 3 AM to move the damn elf)!
Here's the deal...
It is okay to feel stressed about it all...
It's even okay to not like it or to feel sort of resentful about it all.
Stress is very normal to a certain point.
And thankfully...
Females are built for stress.
BUT...left unchecked....it will take a toll.
