In today's episode, Linda, a former Lyme patient, shares her empowering journey from diagnosis through the struggle and treatment. Despite the initial hardships, including fearing its return and dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), empowering lifestyle changes and continued treatment with herbal medicine helped her regain control of her life. Towards the end of her recovery, she moved to a stress-free environment, Southern California in the desert, where she started focusing on her mental wellbeing.
