Sometimes you meet people and instantly feel drawn to them because of their charisma and kind nature.
For me, Stephen is one of these people and I really enjoyed speaking with him. In his episode, Stephen talks about how an accumulation of different things led to his decision to lose weight, and how life had been for him up until that point.
Stephen also shares many of the great new sports and activites he has began doing since increasing his level of confidence and ability to move around more including horse riding and TV extra work!
One of the things I think is very important and discussed during our chat was the fact that losing small amounts on a consistent basis can be key to maintaining the loss and not creating false expectations.
