Whether you are somebody that gave up alcohol for a set amount of time or forever, the question of how to stay motivated is one that we are often asked.

Hame's plan was to give up for a year. He has chosen to carry on but wants to find out how to keep up the momentum without the excitement of ticking off all of the 'I've-never-done-this-before-sober' things.
