Dick Tibbits is a native of upstate New York. He graduated with a doctoral degree - D.Min. in pastoral psychotherapy from Andover-Newton near Boston, Massachusetts. He received his M.Div degree from Andrews University and his BA from Atlantic Union College Dick is an ordained minister, a licensed professional mental health counselor, a clinical pastoral educator and has been a hospital administrator for the past twenty five years.
Dick is currently an executive coach for healthcare administrators and a performance coach for professional motorsport racers. Prior to branching out on his own, Dick was the Chief Operating Officer at Advent Health Tampa and the Chief People Officer at Advent Health Orlando.
During his career Dick has been a pastor, educator, therapist and hospital administrator. Dick has conducted original research on forgiveness and heart disease which he presented at The National Institutes of Health, Harvard University, The Mayo Clinic, Duke University, Loma Linda University, and Stanford University.
