For years, exercise felt like a punishment to me. Something I forced myself to do because I thought I had to in order to lose weight. I didn’t enjoy it, I wasn’t consistent, and every time I fell off, I felt like I was failing.

But something shifted.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing how I went from hating working out to becoming someone who genuinely enjoys exercise and looks forward to it (without relying on motivation, discipline, or an “all-or-nothing” mindset.)

This isn’t a story about suddenly loving the gym or having insane willpower. It’s about the mindset changes and practical shifts that made exercise feel supportive instead of punishing.
