Dr. Creswell’s past research focused on developing creative arts therapies for women experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is the author of The Invisible Weight We Carry, a powerful guide to setting down generational burdens and reclaiming one’s voice.
