Sam had struggled with her weight for quite some time and talks about how it was impacting her life. From feeling like she was missing out with her children to the damage it was causing in her personal relationships, Sam made the decision to make some big changes.
Having tried the Atkins diet previously, Sam discovered Keto and found it to be a more flexible, less restrictive version of low carb eating and began making changes to her diet.
