Wabi-Sabi - It’s a Japanese principle centered on the idea that the beauty of any object lies within its imperfections. It’s also the aesthetic that changed the direction of Cheryl Hunter’s life forever. At just 18 years old, she was kidnapped for days, raped, and left for dead by two criminals posing as modeling agents. 

After surviving the trauma of her attack, Cheryl set forth on a mission as an author and speaker to connect each of us going through painful experiences, and help others find peace and forgiveness in the life-changing moments that we didn’t chose for ourselves.
