We’re back with another episode of the “How She Built this” Series where I’m bringing on women who are also podcasters that I’ve personally helped support in building their business’ to have a transparent convo pulling back the curtain on what their business looks like now (as in how they make $$) and WAY MORE importantly how they got STARTED, the road blocks they ran into, the beliefs that they have had to establish & the advice they would give to someone just starting out, feeling STUCK or really needing that FIRE to take things to the next level.

Today we have on Shelby Clement who is the founder of SCM (a marketing agency) the host of “Damn Good Marketing” podcast and “Damn Good Marketing” – I wanted to have her on the show because she is a NINJA at marketing & building personal brands she also earned her first 100K with less than 400 FOLLOWERS which is a story you don’t hear often and I think is super important to highlight. What I also love and think you will too is that Shelby just went through a massive transition that I think a LOT OF US can relate to– where she wanted to BURN HER WHOLE BUSINESS DOWN & just say “screw it” but instead she decided to repackage her business in a VERY aligned way by asking herself some questions and getting more comfortable in a required season of PAUSE. This episode is a super juicy one I think you’re going to get a TON of value from!
