The Kelly family raise Bronze Turkeys that are wild (which is notches above free-range). Left free to run, forage and grow slowly to fully maturity in woodlands across 3 seasons - spring, autumn and winter. Compare this to the average turkey which is grown for 8 weeks, often in commercial barns.
