Chiropractic and its teachings have blessed her life in countless ways, and she loves teaching others about this way of life.

In 2013 Lona published her first book for young chiropractors on opening their first practice and she additionally opened her second brick and mortar practice. She has been through chiropractic startups 4 times, all of which are still successfully running today! Currently, she still practices in her first practice.

Additionally, she speaks and teaches many weekends out of the year. Currently, she hosts a quarterly in-person mastermind/retreat in western Wisconsin for chiropractors.

In 2021, Lona is preparing to launch her new book, Reclamation. It should be out, late spring! I hope to help others look within and find their own power. Her life was radically transformed by the willingness to look within, make a shift, and follow her inner compass. She hopes to help others connect back to themselves.

Personally, she is married with two little boys and three stepdaughters, 1 cat, 1 dog, 1 fish, and 1 hamster! A full house.
