In this episode of the Chris Terrell podcast, the host shares his own weight loss experience of losing 125 pounds and his dedication to helping others on their weight loss journey through consistent habit formation and shifting beliefs. 


Applying unique perspectives, he discusses concepts such as adding friction to eating habits and reducing friction from physical movement to make the journey towards a healthier self smoother. Encouraging learners to anticipate success and prepare for it, Terrell emphasizes the importance of consistency, habit formation and self-realization when losing the last stubborn pounds.
