Anytime shame is brought to light and held in love and compassion, it loses its power.

In this episode, we’re discussing the shame around women’s sensuality and sexuality. We touch on the historical, cultural, and religious influences that have led women like ourselves and our clients to hold on to SO MUCH shame—shame that we might not even realize we’re holding. We believe that sensuality is part of natural essence as woman. It's part of our nature as creative, receptive, and abundant in pleasure beings.
