Often we feel this and take that as a sign we are failing, or not ready to start, or that we should doubt ourselves BUT most of the time none of these are true. It's more that we are experiencing the unknown, something for the first time. Today I'm going to explore with you, how to push past the discomfort, use anchors to ground us and share a nice exercise I use to remind me of my WHY + DIRECTION!
