How to have a ‘good divorce’ in practice

Listen Later

If you’re trying to navigate divorce in a way that protects your children, your career and your wellbeing, this episode offers practical, reassuring guidance on doing it with intention and care.

Kate is joined by Sarah Madden Armstrong, Vice President of Global Marketing Operations at Google and author of The Mom’s Guide to a Good Divorce, to explore what a ‘good divorce’ can really look like when children are involved.

In this episode, we cover:

  • Sarah’s separation story and what a ‘good divorce’ meant for her family
  • How to put your children at the centre of all decisions
  • Practical ways to co-parent with kindness and consideration
  • Balancing a career, childcare and the emotional load of divorce
  • Making space for self-care while navigating separation

This episode is for parents going through divorce who want to reduce conflict, support their children and move forward in a thoughtful, steady way.
