How to manage jealousy in a relationship. Before bringing in another girl, it's important to know how to talk and how to argue with your partner.

----- Inner work

Jealousy comes from our own insecurities, not what your partner is doing.

Remember that you are unique and that no one can give your partner what you have to offer. Even if someone else is better looking or richer than you, you might be kinder or more caring. Never undervalue what you bring to your relationship.

If you feel triggered in the moment, ask yourself, why are you having threesomes? Use your reasons for wanting to have a threesome as a mantra to bring you back to peace.

For the long term, figure out what triggers you and why. If you feel insecure around someone who has bigger boobs that you practice more self love.

----- How can you make your partner less jealous?
