In this week's episode of Isn't She Powerful, Laura gives real life examples of what it's like to have a broken relationship with food and offers tangible solutions for healing that broken relationship.
"I wanted to kick off October with a conversation around food and how so many of us have broken relationships with food that leave us feeling guilty about everything that we eat or keep us from enjoying food. Food becomes this monster that’s constantly in our ear talking about what we can and can’t eat, how it’s going to make us look, and how bad we are for eating certain things."
Laura then digs into overeating, or binge eating, and discusses how having a negative relationship with food leads to overeating/binge eating. By the end of this episode, you'll have strategies you can use to help you heal your relationship with your favorite foods, stop overeating, and release the guilt and shame we often associate with food.
