How to Host a Magic Pills Screening – Interview with Ananda More
This week on Homeopathy for Mommies, Sue Meyer interviews Ananda More about her wonderful movie, Magic Pills. We discuss in depth about how listeners everywhere can host a screening of this amazing film to share the love of homeopathy with others in their community.
About Ananda More, Hom, DHMHS (From the Magic Pills Website):
First-time filmmaker but no stranger to storytelling, Ananda More worked with theatre companies such as One Yellow Rabbit and SunoLoka after graduating from the University of Alberta. She covered all major crafts from writing and directing to acting and stage-managing.
After her own seemingly miraculous cure from a lifetime with depression using homeopathy, Ananda decided to dedicate her life to this medical system. She began her professional homeopathic practice in 2005 specializing in autism, vaccine injury and immunity. As owner of Riverdale Homeopathy, a homeopathic dispensary, bookstore, and clinic, she is intrinsically connected with the homeopathic community. She was featured last year in The Walrus Magazine and Toronto Life Magazine. Her debut film Magic Pills exposes what these publications and media in general don’t dare discuss regarding health and financial interests.
In her film, Magic Pills, she explores multiple media campaigns against homeopathy, propelling her to travel the world and uncover whether homeopathy is truly science-based and effective or a mere placebo that endangers lives.
