If you identify as being neurodivergent, or you believe you might be, there are few key things that I am going to teach you that you probably haven't been taught before. The most important thing to understand is that there is no such think as normal.
You have been raised to think otherwise, but it's hurting you and not helping you to identify with being "not normal."
You are unique. Therefore however you are is normal for you. When you begin understanding this universal truth, you can really start enjoying your life.
