Tips:

  1. Start with knowing what makes you happy
  2. Know that you deserve to have a job that makes you happy
  3. Have transparent conversations with your leader if you have that rapport
  4. Attend conferences, webinars, etc. to learn new things
  5. Push yourself outside of your comfort zone
  6. Do work you're proud of and want to share with others
  7. Do the work you're good at
  8. Strive for some semblance of a balance
  9. Celebrate your wins
  10. Go after what you want
  11. Let your confidence shine
  12. Set boundaries where appropriate
  13. Don't wait until the next thing to find happiness
  14. Get / find the support you need
  15. Align yourself with the culture that you enjoy
