Even though you might think most men are poor communicators, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try to open up those lines so you feel heard. Too many times a situation or disagreement may arise (and not always serious) where the communication drops off or an argument ensues only for the issue to never really be resolved.

This type of ‘sweeping under the rug’ often leads to resentment, usually because each partner feels like they’re right. They might feel that the other person isn’t hearing them – or doesn’t care about their perspective – which can feel deflating.
