Today we celebrate a WLW first, bringing you our first ever “couples” episode! Rob and Yvonne join the Weight Loss Warrior Podcast from Dublin, having lost more than 180lbs between them!
I loved this episode because as well as hearing their journey and the reasons they chose to lose weight; we also spent a lot of time discussing food! It was inspiring to hear how they have changed their lifestyle, involving their children, and not only benefiting from healthier eating but educating them about nutrition at the same time.
As a married couple, it’s clear Rob and Yvonne support each other greatly and are now enjoying many health benefits as a result of losing weight.
Things like taking more holidays, but without having to navigate hangovers since making the decision to stop drinking alcohol are some of the changes they have made and now feel a lot better for.
