Meet Cathy Eads

Cathy Eads is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and therapist, Ayurvedic wellness coach and founder of BLISS Yoga. After navigating her own high-conflict divorce, she now helps women heal and rebuild during and after divorce using science-backed tools like yoga, breathwork and mindfulness.  

Her Trifecta Method combines movement, breathwork and guided relaxation to promote healing from within, build resilience and calm the nervous system. She supports women through small group programmes and customised one-to-one sessions.
