Last week on the show we talked about some of the main workforce challenges identified by CHROs as part of the IBM Global Chief Human Resources Officer study.

One of the main challenges, and opportunities, for CHROs and for HR in general, was identified to be creating and supporting an environment for better enterprise collaboration, and to better unlock the potential in their workforces and ecosystems.
