I Do. I Did. I'm Done. Recovering from Divorce? Get Expert Tips from The Divorce Rehab's Wendy Sterling

Listen Later

Life after divorce is painful - there's no sugarcoating it. Sometimes, a push in the right direction, peppered with a positive outlook, is all you need to get you on the road to divorce recovery.

That's where Wendy Sterling comes in.

Wendy Sterling is the leading Divorce Recovery Specialist and founder of The Divorce Rehab™. Wendy helps divorced women go from “I Do” to “I Did” to “I’m Done” and confidently creates a roadmap they design for what’s next!  Prior to founding her company and program, Wendy established her 18-year career as a top-level advertising sales executive in the digital space, at the world’s most progressive social and lifestyle website brands (such as Who What Wear and Refinery29).  After learning of her own unexpected divorce, she realized her divorce was a GIFT. She wanted to make a more profound impact in the world so other women see their divorce as an empowering experience that happens FOR them not TO them.  She’s worked with countless women to transform their lives and create their next best chapter!

Wendy is a graduate of UCLA and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from The Co-Active Training Institute.  She is also certified by the International Coaches Federation and just launched her own podcast, The Divorced Woman’s Guide™.  Wendy is an author as well as an Advanced ThetaHealer and has been featured on multiple podcasts such as Beyond Divorce, Lead Up for Women, Marketing to Millionaires, The Divorce Survival Guide, Doing Divorce Right and countless others!  She lives in Los Angeles with her two boys and dog, Max.
