To go back to work or not to go back to work?
In a world of limitless potential for women having it all is now placing us under pressure to do it all. Careers, family, friendships, fitness, social life, sleep, clean home and a happy relationship - oh and your own self care are now all expected norms.
In this episode we chat to Shoshannah Wood, a mum of two who realised that her ambition was to be a stay at home mum and raise her children without also having a full time career.
Yet she discovered that with this new role, also came a new identity, a new tribe, new feelings of loneliness and as we got deeper in to the conversation we uncover something that every mum feels in relation to this decision - anxiety.
