In this episode of the Chris Terrell Podcast, Chris talks about how to persevere through struggles on the weight loss journey, and why you shouldn't give up. 

He gives insights into his own journey of consistently yo-yo dieting and how he finally made permanent and meaningful changes to his lifestyle, habits, routines, community, environment, and belief system. 

Chris then takes listeners' questions, focusing on how to remain motivated towards weight loss and health goals, even when faced with injuries or temporary setbacks. He argues that we need to shift the 'should' mentality into a 'must', by creating a dissatisfaction with our current state and passionately longing for something better. 


Through this hard-hitting discussion, Chris aims to help listeners maintain their motivation during their own weight loss journeys.
