There was a stretch of my life where every single day felt like something was wrong.

I’d wake up with my heart already racing, like it had been sprinting through the night. I’d try to eat, but my stomach would turn. Bright lights made my eyes feel weird, and just walking into a grocery store felt like a dare. 

Doctors ran all the tests – bloodwork, EKGs, brain scans. Nothing. They said it was anxiety. But it didn’t feel like “just anxiety.” It felt physical. Real. Inescapable.

Eventually, I stopped looking for the next diagnosis or supplement and started asking a different question: What if my body wasn’t broken, but stuck? That question changed everything.
