In this weeks episode the Mayor sits down with Cash McMillen, a former underwriter and Underwriting Manager turned Insurance Agent at the Cashion Company. They sit down and discuss his journey from one side of the table to the other . Cash gives his advice to agencies on working well with their underwriters, he discusses his passion for people, niches, and industry that he loves and serves with his time and energy. 
He explains to us the story of how “The Forum” came to be and how he and the PIA together created a huge value add to agency principles and their staff. This is a project he is so passionate about and you can hear it in his voice. 
Cash also tells us about his family and their family business McMillen Farm and Flame, that he and his wife run together. 
Finally Cash McMillen leaves us with some incredible books to read and tells us the story of one of his favorite books called the Tribe. 

This week the Mayor sits down with the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) Cheif Executive officer . The two of them discuss the present and future of PIA, and the Future is bright. Mike Becker shares his story, his love for the independent insurance agency channel. He also drops some incredible news for agents, he tells them how they can immediately get $500 value out their membership, with some awesome programs that they have.

He took over a well-established family agency but was not afraid to make some early Changes to have some sustainable growth!

This week the Mayor interviews Michael and Amanda Mann of Action Claim Services.  We had such a good time on this one, we laughed , we learned and we got to hear an awesome journey to where they are now and how they grew Action Claim To the powerhouse that they are now.

Heath sits down with Chris Greene- The Flood Guru And discusses his story, and his journey to 1,000 videos in 1,000 days marketing. He has a podcast and has become quite the flood guru over the past 4 -5 years. He is nationally recognized across the country as the expert in flood 
He has  found a way to make flood insurance fun and interesting. He is a very cool guest and I think your gonna love our conversation. 

Chris also works with agents I teaching flood, educating agents on flood map changes , and will even schedule meetings with realtors and go with agents to present and help agent get more business from that reator group. The Mayor sits down with his buddy Christian Moore and have a good conversation , then a special announcement happens and conversation completely shifts , as he talks about his new venture and what he’s up to, with Agency Refined.

The Mayor, Heath Shearon,  sits down with the Professor and discusses her story, and her passion for not only  learning but also teaching insurance at the University of Central Arkansas.  She has quite the industry Journey, from CSR at Brown & Brown to compliance officer at AMC to an Executive position at a Pet Insurance Company to now running the School of Insurance and Risk Management at UCA.

She talks about several of the other programs that they host on their beautiful campus. The PIA of Arkansas’ The Forum, the annual Arkansas Insurance Hall of Fame banquet, as well as their incredible Internship program.
