Today we celebrate the grand finale of Women's History Month with our magnificent guest Beatrix Ost. Beatrix is an artist, writer, fashion designer, ambassador of peace, philosopher, mother, grandmother and a true conduit of light and wisdom for all women. Originally from Germany, Beatrix has courageously followed her intuition and artistic explorations throughout her colorful life, which has landed her in the United States - where she now splits her time between her farm in Charlottesville, VA and New York City. We discuss food of all forms: for the mind, body, and soul and how tuning into ourselves and our energy, embracing imperfections and distractions, the immeasurable power of the feminine, Beatrix's current body of work and artistic practice and how sitting in stillness and silence can be the most nourishing of all. She leaves us with many morsels of wisdom that inspire immediate growth. This conversation truly embodies the vision and essence of SOUNDFOOD and we are honored to have Beatrix join us at the table.
