Today I am speaking to a lady who has helped thousands of women achieve their weight loss and health goals their own way. From her home in a tiny east coast town, she is now helping hundreds of members from all over the world lose weight and live a more balanced life, their way.
She believes that accountability is the glue that ties commitment to the result. Her community is over 1500 members-strong and growing.
Growing her business at the same time as raising her family, she has encountered her own entrepreneurial vs. parenting challenges, all while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Josée Cormier is the founder of Your Way Weight Loss, which focuses on strategies, guidance, and accountability for weight loss success. Just skimming her Instagram account is WOW! The transformations her clients have had from working with her and her team are unreal. I know some of these women myself, and they've all said that it's been the BEST program they've ever tried.

My guest today, Abbey Woodcock, explains that copywriting is important from day one and that copy that's done well doesn't feel like copy, it's a conversation.

In this episode, I speak with Kareen Walsh, founder of Revampologist, you will learn that getting clarity about your small business is about the why and what. Your strategy shows you how. Don't build your business on the how or else you will always be hung up on that.
To be successful in business, you need to stay nimble, check-in with yourself every 90-days, and get very clear on what actions you need to take daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
You will also learn that the first two action steps towards building a higher level of fulfillment as you go after achieving your goals are to 1. Get clarity around what you really want and, 2. put a strategy together to achieve it. And always keep your eye on the goal.

Taking your first step into starting your business is insanely intimidating. What do you do? What is the first thing you set up? A logo, a website? Do I do my own bookkeeping, should I incorporate? WHAT? When I started one of my first digital businesses back in 2007 I thought that branding was the most important thing. So I spent money on a logo, started blogging like crazy, put SO much time into setting up the virtual storefront, but no one came! I really didn't know much back then to be honest.
Today, I am an award-winning entrepreneur and grew my previous company to over $1 million!
