In my first episode of season 3 of the podcast, "Season 3 of the Podcast and My 2023 Updates", I told you that I was going to work on a book this year - and I have been! I wanted to share it with you podcast listeners first and hope that you love hearing it. This chapter is around "introvert acceptance", which is important to me as for a long time I struggled to do just that, and I always felt like I needed to act like an introvert to fit in. Over the years, I've realized that's absolutely not true and I want to inspire you to accept yourself the way you are! If you're ready to hear the rough and raw version of my book's first chapter, listen in!
