In this episode, I've been thinking about this a lot over the last couple of days and recognizing how essential it is to be incredibly thoughtful about investing in myself.

Investing your time, effort, and money in learning things such as goal-setting, how to manage your time, how to be more confident and less doubtful, how to take care of your health, how to focus and so can significantly improve your results in life.

As you continue down this journey, investing in yourself, learning, and growing will step further into trusting yourself; even though we are healing, I also believe that we will always be.
