Anxiety is a very common problem. In fact, 30% of people will suffer from a bout of anxiety at some point in their lives.... and Vic is one of them

In todays episode Vic tries to work out if past feelings of panic were 100% caused by drinking or was it her body crying out for help? And Hamish reflects on hangovers, the feeling of humiliation after black outs and (for some weird reason) a fear of buttons.

It might sound like a load of old rubbish, and it's certainly no Huberman, but somehow they unravel how alcohol triggers anxiety, what's happening to the brain and the frightening pattern you can get stuck in when trying to 'drink away' the symptoms of anxiety.
