yourself with too many tasks at once.

            Leaning on God's Promises

The scriptures are full of God's promises and wisdom, which can

serve as tools to navigate the most difficult moments in life. By clinging to
these promises, we remind ourselves of God's unchanging love and faithfulness.
Reflecting on these promises can deepen our understanding of God's character
and plan, ultimately leading to improved mental and emotional health.  Nicky highlights the passages from Jeremiah
and Psalms as proof of God's love and faithfulness during our lowest points. By
sharing her personal journey with faith and mental health, she communicates
that embracing God's promises can offer hope and solace during trying times,
even when it may feel like everything is falling apart.

            The Power of Prayer

Prayer is a vital connection to our faith and can bring inner

peace and strength in challenging times. Reaching out to others for prayer can
create a support network that shares the burden of our struggles. Remember that
gathering friends, family, or pastors and asking for prayer is not a sign of
weakness but rather an opportunity for communal support and growth. God's promises
are often made manifest through the power of prayer and the assistance of
            others.  Nicky discusses her experience
with prayer and how it has brought immense relief during her struggles with
depression and anxiety. She encourages listeners to allow others to pray for
them, even if they find it uncomfortable at first. Emphasizing that it's
essential to reach out for help when needed, Nicky even invites her audience to
get in touch with her directly for prayer, showcasing her dedication to
            uplifting others.
