This episode is about early data of my personal continous glucose monitor.  These sensors can be purchased without a prescription and are used to monitor the glucose in the interstitial fluid. Translated there is a mild delay from the blood to the cell fluids where the glucose is monitored and then uploaded to an App on your smartphone.
