I love the way he's so able to articulate how shame was transformed through being listened to non judgmentally, how he sees the gift in challenges that he could use to label his potential... but instead sees them as the fuel for his greatness. He also sees his empathic nature as a gift and has discovered a path from surviving addiction to thriving as entrepreneur in recovery. He asks powerful questions and leans into fear.

Can't WAIT for his next book describing more about his acronym for F.E.A.R.S. which you'll hear in the interview. I love that he asks, What if it worked out? He gets curious with new adventures.
