Welcome back to the IGNITE Your Dream Podcast!
Today’s conversation is one I’ve been so excited to share with you. I sat down with Kaitlyn Carlson, the founder and CEO of Theory Planning Partners - a boutique wealth creation firm for top female entrepreneurs. Kaitlyn is one of those rare souls who has taken everything she’s lived through (including some incredibly difficult experiences in the finance industry) and turned it into a mission to change the landscape for women and wealth.
We talked about why the traditional wealth management model just doesn’t work for most business owners (especially women) and how Kaitlyn’s approach is about creating a “work optional” life that’s rooted in freedom, purpose, and deep personal vision. Plus, we explored the emotional side of money, the shame and pressure so many women carry around finances, and how reclaiming our seat at the table changes everything - not just for us, but for our families, communities, and future generations.
This episode is an invitation to think bigger, softer, and more powerfully about what’s possible when we let ourselves be fully resourced.
I can't wait for you to listen!
